Ann Arbor and Chesapeake & Ohio car ferries depart from Kewaunee.

The Ann Arbor operated car ferry service to Ludington and the Chesapeake & Ohio operated a line to Frankfurt. The rail line from Green Bay to Kewaunee was the old Kewaunee, Green Bay & Western tracks.
